DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A DIE CASTING MOULD

Stampopress has ten-year business relationships with esteemed experts in Veneto. This cooperation offers maximum flexibility to the management of project changes.

DIE CASTING AND LOW-PRESSURE DIE CASTING

Stampopress currently uses 3 die casting machines ranging from 300 to 550 tonnes and 2 low-pressure machines for castings up to 5 kilograms. The experience gained over the years in the high-end lighting and furnishing industry, has led the enterprise to specialize in the production of “aesthetic aluminium castings”. The two technologies have different conditions of use but both of them achieve a high level aesthetic finish able to satisfy the specific requirements of individual customers.

MECHANICAL PROCESSING AND SURFACE FINISHING PROCESS

Stampopress owns special machinery for mechanical cutting, drilling and threading. For particular production processes, external reliable suppliers became part of the team. The surface finishing process includes: sandblasting, tumble finishing, deburring treatment, painting and polishing service.

DELIVERY

The delivery of the end product is in agreement between the supplier and the customer. Tools are delivered to the delivery address as specified in the order confirmation.

Energy and production efficiency intervention

Stampopress has drawn up an investment plan to adapt the company structure to the growing production capacity and improve energy performance, in particular the investments concern

1. a compressor, which, thanks to the greater flow rate of compressed air compared to the existing system, allows the company’s new production requirements to be met, as well as achieving energy savings;

2. a refrigeration system, equipped with technologies that reduce heat loss to the outside and ensure excellent temperature stability of the process fluid;

3. a filtering unit serving the deburring plant, replacing the existing plant; the new plant is equipped with devices that increase the suction power of fine dust and allow connection with the company’s management system.
The investments will allow the company to achieve the following results: cost reduction, increased production efficiency and energy efficiency.
